1. What is the Twin Stitches Designs Membership?
The Twin Stitches Designs Membership is a monthly subscription that gives you access to exclusive knitting patterns, tutorials, live events, and a supportive community of knitters. It's a special place where we learn, create, and share all things knitting!

2. How much does it cost to join?
The membership is $17CAD per month (or a discounted price for an annual subscription). This includes access to all member-only content, events, patterns, and more.

3. What’s included in my membership?
As a member, you’ll get:

  • Individual patterns from Twin Stitches Designs for FREE
  • Weekly zooms with different time zones 
  • Monthly events, like knit-alongs and live Q&A sessions
  • Special tutorials and knitting tips
  • A welcoming, supportive community to connect with

4. Do I need to be an experienced knitter to join?
Not at all! Our community includes knitters of all experience levels, and we love sharing knowledge and cheering each other on. So whether you're just picking up your needles or have been knitting for years, you’ll fit right in.

5. Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your billing cycle, so you’ll have time to finish up any projects you’re working on!

6. How are patterns delivered?
Each month, I release an individual pattern you will receive a special coupon code to claim your FREE pattern in Ravelry.  You will have till the end of the month to claim your copy. 

7. Are there any live events, and how do I join them?
Yes! We host live events each month, including knit-alongs, tutorials, and Q&A sessions. You’ll get details and links in the members’ area and by email so you can join in the fun.

8. Can I still access content after I cancel my membership?
If you cancel, you’ll lose access to the tutorials, and events at the end of your billing cycle. But you’ll always be welcome to rejoin us anytime!

9. How do I contact support?
